Someone who believes the lottery draws are rigged, then goes out and buys a ticket is quite stupid. It would depend on how it's rigged. Eddie Tipton had friends and relatives who knew it was rigged, and it turned out fairly well for most of them. Other than the prizes being split, everybody still had exactly the same odds of picking the winning combinations.
