one to won
Jim Thanks for taking the time to reply to my question, I appreciate your detailed response.Your email certainly cleared up a lot of questions I had regarding these 3 lotto vendors, first I had no idea that the systems sold by One to Won mall were available on this site for free, the only problem is to locate and identify them. I have spent quite sometime on Steve Player website and I agree that his systems appear to be on a very professional level and therefore the high price tag, I a

The Texas Lottery Commission would not be able to resume critical functions in a timely manner if its headquarters were destroyed because its disaster recovery site lacks important equipment, a former lottery employee told lawmakers Monday.Shelton Charles, a senior lottery systems analyst who was fired Nov. 4, told the House Licensing and Administrative Procedures Committee that he warned his bosses that backing up data was useless if the agency didn't have the equipment to access it. CNote...........as with all things to be mastered, there needs to be practice and insight, understanding and yes, a little luck.Blackapple has all four and in my opinion, is the best predictor on here. I have studied his methods and he has an incredible mind and we are very fortunate to have him disclose his methods on this forum. No one understands that no one has to disclose or explain anything. Quick-Picks versus Systems
I've read many post in the past where players debated on which is better buying quick-picks or using systems. There's even been challenges between QP users and system user's too see which worked better all in an effort to put down and discredit systems. This is totally ridiculous because whether you realise it or not a Quick-Pick is a form of system.A system as far as lottery playing is concerned is a method or technique used to generate or select lottery number combinations.Isn't that what QP's d

Players warned lottery about tickets flaw
Tennessee lottery players say they warned lottery officials more than 10 days ago that a new computerized system to pick random numbers in the Cash 3 and Cash 4 games appeared to be malfunctioning. They say they were ignored for days while a computer software glitch kept duplicate numbers from being drawn in the games. That meant players who picked numbers like 6-6-9 in Cash 3 or 5-5-5-3 in Cash 4 had no chance of winning. Lottery officials announced Tuesday that the glitch had been correc

Company proposes new pooling lottery ticket to fight 'jackpot fatigue'
An Arizona company has designed a new lottery ticket concept that would enter the purchaser in a pool with other lottery players, at the same time entering chances that are not part of the pool. The company claims that the increased number of chances to win will combat jackpot fatigue, a sense of dimished player excitement over large jackpots leading to lower ticket sales. The company hopes to attract state lotteries with its promise of higher sales. According to the company's press reles

Giving away the 100% winning system, and Tidbits of a Madman!!
Indulge me... My goal is to be profitable for every draw. Is it the ravings of a madman?! Maybe....But for me, performance will only rise to meet expectation. Again indulge me and accept the supposition. Let me state clearly that if I found the a pointer number that would help you to win 50% to 85% of the time, I would happily and speedily give it away. I would want us to win big. I wish that we could all become millionares. If on the other hand I found the pointer that would
