NY Lotto Players, BEWARE!
NY lotto jackpot is $33M for tonite's draw. NY gives you the option of taking ANNUITY or cash. However, it should be the retailers responsibility to ask you before you buy the tickets. However, in MANY cases I've heard from players that they will AUTOMATICALLY give you the cash option IF you don't say anything. this is appalling! they assume you'll take cash. This is wrong. They should be punished and be fined. So players.. be aware and mention ANNUITY payments when you're playing for to

California (as well as Texas and NY) need to change the rules so that the cash/annuity choice is made AFTER you win, instead of when you play.
