Arizona Lottery releases name of Powerball jackpot winner
Apparently anonymous only means the lottery won't issue press releases with your name in Arizona. It's no different than information on property ownership - they don't publicize it, but the information is part of their public records and available to anyone who asks. The only thing in their way is some minor paperwork, and possibly a modest fee.
Once they've got the name and town the rest of it is pretty easy unless there are a few people with your name in that town. Even if there are several

RL's Digit Master Pro Big Game software download.
C'mon Jim you downloaded the new version from the previous page didn't you?
Sorry Winsum, I never download executable images from anonymous sources, especially ones who attack people who question their logic with gutter language. It appears to me you haven't seriousely considered any of my recent suggestions.
FWIW, here's something else for you to chew on...

Arizona man claims other half of record Powerball jackpot
''The man, who is in his 30s from a wealthy Phoenix suburb, decided to remain anonymous after he bought $10 worth of tickets and kept the winning slip in the visor of his car overnight before realizing he was a multimillionaire.''
Hmmm...
I didn't realize construction paid so well to where he would be able to already be living in such a wealthy suburb. Is this Arizonia winner the black construction guy that was caught on camera or was that video a hoax?
Congrats to him! It should be a

Arizona man claims other half of record Powerball jackpot
Remains anonymous
Looming tax increases prompt hasty claim
Fallout from the looming fiscal cliff has drifted into the Powerball arena.
A man who lottery officials announced Friday has claimed his half of the $587.5 million Powerball jackpot, decided to collect the winnings now and not next year because of the financial uncertainty posed by the nation's ongoing financial impasse.
The man, who is in his 30s from a wealthy Phoenix suburb, decided to remain anonymous after he bought $10

Apparent Arizona winner captured on video the moment he learned of win
I believe the gentleman that was caught on surveillance at the gas station in Maryland is most likely the true winner. He showed up at the station on Thursday in the middle of the day which makes it unrealistic that he purchased an Arizona PB ticket that morning before heading to the airport to catch a flight to Maryland. The timeline just doesn't fit for someone trying to pull of a joke. I seriously doubt he flew in cross country on Thursday only to immediately go to work.
He most likely is

Lottery Winners want to live Normally...
I really hope the Hill's will be able to eventually get back to normal as possible, but I highly doubt with winning that kind of money, it would be anytime soon (if ever). I don't believe this family played the lottery much, so I'm not so sure if they researched some of the horror stories out there. When I win (heehee), I am hoping I'd be able to remain as anonymous as possible.
In response to the post above about the man who will continue working after winning a million dollars, I'd probably

So you wake up Thursday morning and realize you are the sole Powerball Winner!!
Well first thing i would do is contact a lawyer and a financial advisor. I would do everything in my power to remain anonymous, and after claiming my prize i would make sure that most of the money is in a safe, low interest investment spread across various financial institutions. My parents would have access to any funds they need and they would retire somewhere tropical. I would set aside a little bit of fun money and travel the world with my girlfriend. The vacation around the world would take

$250 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot surges
This article reads: The estimated cash value for the new jackpot is $166.8 Million.
I get excited thinking of this beginning gross, pre-Income Taxed amount ... I want it!
I have no problem moving to a different state within our 'best-est' country to live a more anonymous life.
