OK's multi-state game
Mega Millions said they would only let one more state join. That's would be CA. But if that would change, OK might actually make sense for both games. Powerball would be the best fit, but Mega Millions wouldn't be total lark either.

Mega Millions when CA joins
CA will have pari-mutuel prizes (state law) and presumably like NY and TX, require the cash/annuity choice to be made when you play. There is the possibility of a $250,000 (fixed) second prize; the 5/71 proposal could have a 2+0 category.

Powerball/Mega Milions Jackpots
This is a little off topic, but something I've always wondered about - do they have minimum increase amounts for Powerball and Mega Millions the first couple draws after they start at $10 million? For example, if there's no winner when it's at $10 million, will there be an automatic jump of say $2 million minimum to $12 million even if the amount sold doesn't warrant that type of jump.
