Canadian couple gives away entire $11.2M lottery jackpot
I hope they paid their taxes on the winnings, otherwise Department of Revenue ( I'm not shure what you call the Internal Revenue Service in Canada) will come after them donations to charity or not. The IRS here in the states would!

Like I said I don't know, just trying to help here. Maybe you can do a better job of finding your own neighboring state. I don't know anything about Western Canada. I just looked at the Lottery resutl home page map. Maybe you should take a look maybe you can find it.

How long have you been playing the lottery?
I have been interested in the lottery, and I have looked at the winning numbers in the newspaper, since July or August 2000 (I was 14 at the time). I began checking results online for the entire U.S. and Canada in November 2002. I bought my first lottery ticket in January 2005 (I was 19), but I never played too big. I did not win anything from the lottery until I was 22, on Leap Year Day 2008.

Canadian family charged with stealing $12.5M lottery jackpot
this story has been on the news in canada for awhile. the lottery people just could not get goods on them. a program called the 5th estate did a story on this family. they were running away in order not to answer questions. this was a problem in ontairio and bc. i am too tired to go to the cbc web site to look for this story and get the link.

Done did it!!
A $1,000 win, a $300 and $100 wins, several $50 and $30 wins all in a single month back in December. Haven't been too lucky since then except for a run of $50 wins on $10 scratchers last month. If you're in Texas, the $500,000,000 Blockbuster is a good $20 scratcher. If you're in Canada, the $100 Million Fortune is a good $10 scratcher.

POLL - On The Whole Do The Lotteries Provide Truly Random Numbers?
With that Western Canada PayDay game where you pick one line and it picks 14 lines for you. It would be a big advantage to get duplicates of the winning number but on separate tickets. If there's 5 top prize winners, instead of the grand a week for life (real life not a defined number of years) or $675,000 cash, they would split 2.7 million between the 5 tickets, unfortunately the odds of that happening with purely QP's would be (1/1,353,275)^5, it would be far easier and more lucrative to just
