This poll doesn't explicitly state, but I assume you are referring to the cutoff time for posting numbers on Lottery Post's Predictions Board ? If so, the cutoff time is one hour before the draw time, in order to prevent people from gaming the system. Many times lotteries tweak the draw times for various games without making a huge announcement about it. So the 1-hour policy protects us from instances where a lottery silently changes a draw time, and since we aren't yet aware of it, our

Stack, after all the mess of attempting to find all the possible combinations of identifiers I 100% agree it's more about anomalies. After a couple of hours searching the total matrix against possible identifier combos I gave up. Comparing millions of possible combinations against 52360 possible results is not a productive idea. Back to the drawing board on that. The game pattern you posted is the perfect idea of what most thing of when they think patterns. Thanks! G
