Tipton granted delay in next trial until JulyNews Story
A judge has delayed the trial for a former lottery official accused of fixing jackpots in several states. Former Multi-State Lottery Association security director Eddie Tipton had been scheduled to stand trial Jan. 6 in Des Moines, Iowa. But Tipton waived his right to a speedy trial last week, and his attorney asked for a delay. Judge Jeffrey Farrell last week reset the trial for July 18. Tipton has pleaded not guilty to charges of ongoing criminal conduct and money laundering. This

Congrats to all winners and posters last night..... I figured they would bring at least two 5 s last night as all the 5's so far have fell at night. They are just playing with people right now, but I didn't let them play me again...LOl.....I am going to wait till things kind of even themselves out....Not going to keep feeding the beast system at this point........ I may play the cost of a cup of coffee for awhile. I may go play 5 numbers and that's about it... No more work-out numbers

Hi, I have a LP account but I have never posted.. one day I will have the nerve. I have played NC lottery everyday since 2010. I agree with all the points itpmguru has made. There needs to be an investigation of NCEL. I have noticed a change not only in the drawing procedure ( taping ) but the numbers that fall. I made some comments on NCEL's facebook page about how they cheat and they banned me from their fb page and then I made a comment on their Twitter page and they banned me from their Twit

I noticed that years ago the slot machines were all mechanical you pull the lever and the numbers fail where they may. The casinos were making money but with the randomness I didn't see how they could control how much they made, in other words what the percentage of what they made was profit and what the percentage was paid out. Would need physical access System is monitored 24/7 so you would be caught on camera. Yes, even if you were James Bond. Multiple fail safe. Even w/physical access I am pretty sure none of the systems have USB ports, DVD drives etc. which would make it difficult to slip your code in Say you do rig the RNG, well it will show up in the tests that the auditors run.
