I have a slightly different perspective on this part: What would be the point of playing a game that never grew? If people had the chance to only win the minimum amount of a couple hundred million, would they ultimately never play? If not, then why? I'm honestly in the mood for some real good entertainment right now through answers to this. I mean, really...come on now. Does this mean that no one even plays their own state lottery 'cause there's not enough money to win there either?

BINGO....BINGO...BINGO...now that is what I am talking about...pen and paper...thats all I have used for over 20 plus years and it works just fine...in fact..I think I have learned more from using pen and paper and seeing what I have done....maybe its just a GENERATION GAP...kids today are so much smarter than we are with computers and how they work...its embarrassing my 12 year old daughter can operate a smart phone and a computer 100 times better than I can....because I am use to pen and paper

IMHO - Most players view the random question as a single event, rather than two. Question One - Does the equipment lotteries use select individual digits on a random, non-predictable basis? Answer: Of course. Watch a real drawing. Question Two - Are the winning combinations random? Answer: Not necessarily. Anyone who tracks winning combinations using some logical method knows that while the selection method may be complex, the results are not, as Butch 2030 has demonstrated.
