True. Eastern Canada uses a 20/70 matrix for their games and Michigan has a 22/80 game. Most of the rest of North America uses the 20/80 matrix no matter how often the game is played - drawn daily or every five (or so) minutes.

The main problem with doing a comparison like you're suggesting (illinois vs. rest of country) is that the scale will be so skewed that you will not get the comparitive analysis that you're hoping for. There are a total of 59 Pick 3 drawings every day (including Canada and Puerto Rico). If just looking at the continental USA (not including Canada or Puerto Rico), there are 55 Pick 3 drawings.
