How did this guy, brad duke just know he was going to win? He says I absolutely knew I was going to win How did he know this? Something is not right about that statement. Whether the lottery IS or isn't rigged, it looks as though most big winners are white and from certain parts of the country. I have nothing against white folks winning...I just wish the lottery commission would let some other people win also.

Sorry to hear that but you know the odds on the lottery say you're going to lose almost all of the time. You have to bet accordingly. On the big jackpot games, it's basically just a shot in the dark. Glad you mentioned Roulette because that game has a slightly different definition of Random than lottery ball or RNG drawings. You can make a Roulette bet after the random process begins.
