What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
good, you actually got my point. melodramatic as it was, i needed you to see that wasn't a valid reason. of course it was rediculous for you to make the claim that the reason no one has in here, is because LP isn't anonymous enough. that's a bogus play, considering there are so many more ways a JP winner can become discoverable . thru the states records. relatives and friends come to know eventually. on and on and on the last on the worry list in common sense land is people from

Claiming Mega Millions in California
There is one more way to use a trust to claim the win anonymously in Calif. even if you are a resident of that state. Any trust that is out of state can go and claim the jackpot (no state can say it has to be a trust within that state to claim said jackpot) and you have to love this part especially, Calif. doesn't have any access to any information whatsoever because the trust is in another state! And another benefit to having an out of state trust while a Calif. resident, that trust isn't subje

UK Lottery sets sales record
I am not surprised at the success of the UK lottery. I play the UK lottery by subscription, they make it very convenient to do so. I choose my number and they deduct the cost from my bank account monthly by direct debit, and prizes are credited to my account and they sent me an email notice, unless I win a jackpot which I have to collect in person. I haven't won any big prizes yet, but if and when I do, it is nice to know can remain anonymous, my identity will not be revealed without my permissi

$151 Million: Lottery riches up for grabs in Mega Millions game
Look at the Harris' ($275m), Chris Shaw ($258m), Chaney/West famillies ($340m) and the Lerner's ($258m). Those were some of the highest ever jackpots but they're still keeping low, you just have to be smart about everything. The problem with Jack Whitaker and Abraham Shakespeare is they just either didn't get the advice they needed or they went crazy with the money. If we did have a $400 million winner and they were smart about it I don't think they'd have any issue living here. Thankfully th

What do would you do if you won the lottery?

Lottery winner flees Spain penniless as bank seizes villa and bar
One problem was his decision to go public, especially as the UK lottery allows players to remain anonymous; which most winners choose to do. However, his main problem was his desire to solve all the problems of his relatives; he went broke trying. Many winners think a multimillion jackpot is a license to spent. Such a jackpot can provide financial security, but only if it is managed well. The UK lottery offers winners assistance on getting professional financial advice. I suspect in this

Ex-wife gets millions from lottery winner 10 years after leaving him
Hard to stay anonymous with the lifestyle change that $90 mill brings. No doubt that at some point the daughter would have passed on the news that dad was suddenly loaded. At any rate, during discovery he'd have been required to list all his assets income under penalty of perjury. ... Besides, if the judge is getting a -- or some -- cut ...

Has a Lottery Clerk Ever Attempted to Rip You Off?
People like you doing it the way you're supposed to aren't the ones getting ripped off, GiveFive. It's the naive, trusting souls who haven't gotten the message or just don't have the capacity to carry it out. They just hand the ticket to some anonymous clerk and trust that they'll tell them the truth. Kinda sad when you think about it.

Blind Trust
Yea I know the whole thing about not being able to see the assets and that you don't really have control over the money, but I had read that when you're creating it you could add a stipulation that would pay out whatever money to either yourself or other people and then dissolve the trust. That way you could still be completely anonymous and have control of your money. Upon reading more about LLC's though, with the use of an attorney and a registered agent your name is still pretty much
