How would you like it to be your excel spreadsheet to test lotteries?
I play pick 3. I know alot of people look at it by the digit. I look at it from a box For example.
First I look at how many times a box number comes out in a year divided into 120 mixed, 90 doubles, and 10 triples.
Working within the constraints of excel I list each category from least recent hit at the top down the list to the most recent hit.
For example there are some numbers that come out as many as 13 times a year, usually its only one number that come out more than 10 times in a y

System Question
Interesting. Not sure what you mean by N-String. My original question on this post was looking for an elimination processes. My example is just to illustrate one method. Any Process or formula can be used. The real question for me is when a process is only 10-15% successful in predicting a draw, is it also 85%-90% successful in predicting a number will not hit?
I know that just picking a number in a position has a 10% chance of being correct. The idea makes me think about a process where you

What do you NEED to come up with a Winning Lotto System??
This is a question I hear all the time. And, the answer is very simple, but not 'simple' in the HOURS it takes to figure out (without kidding yourself) IF your system is a true Winning system. As I've always said: A winning system means you can predict the winner AHEAD of time. Sure, you can work with 'reverse engineering' to come up with a system, but you MUST know how to explain, then PROVE your system can win MOST of the time.
I started with Scratch games and learned about 'alt-values' of

Taxes and the Big-One
You should check http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc306.html
Topic 306 - Penalty for Underpayment of Estimated Tax
The United States income tax is a pay-as-you-go tax, which means that you must pay tax as you earn or receive your income during the year. You can do this either through withholding or by making estimated tax payments. If you do not pay your tax or you pay an insufficient amount of tax through withholding, you might also have to pay estimated taxes. If you did not pay enough tax t

Pick 3 Strategy (What number to avoid for the next draw)
adobea78
I like your completely different approach from others, but don't understand your terminology.
This seems to be very important for your and any other method:
I see the P3 and P4 game as 90% waging strategy rather than just pick selection.
Could you just try using publicly understandable terminology please?
What are exactly all of these terms:
NPr, NCr, 10P3, 10P1, point filter, predict the next position one.
How do you predict the next position one and what is it?

The sets I posted here are not generated using a wheel. The predictor never even looks at a single number
past or present. The predictor first calculates a seed value based on so many previous lines lexicographical
index values which are averaged together. Next the program uses a algorithm which tries to calculate a series
of steps needed so that one of these values converted will match a 5 of 6. The program's only purpose is to
hit a 5 of 6, all other prize matches are a no

Now I am starting to feel sorry for you.
There are people here at LP that can back up my win and I don't feel the need to include you as one of
them. As for your so called challenge there is no challenge nor was there ever one. Get some help, you
need it. You asked if you could post a few predictions and I said yes not knowing you were such an ass.
I guess the little video of a program I made in a couple hours which showed better results then what your

I think the systems or methods for predicts the lottery is illusion.
So, easy. Doing an independent /past-data-non-inclusive method, we do this (California D3):
1) Divide the pool of 1000 numbers into fourths (quadrants).
2) Fill out your fourth as all Straights.
3) Don't play, but wait until your quadrant has been out for eight times in a row, i.e., fully twice around the board. This is to play it safe, and it may take a while to get there (you may also want to play it safer, and increase the amount of plays you have to wait; or, if you feel risky, wait
