I think all the details of his methods should be made public, as well as every line of code he wrote. The details are already public. The people in charge were idiots and made it easy enough for one single guy to manipulate the process. They let one guy write a program to generate random numbers and then failed to examine what he did. This wasn't even third party software, where the company that produces it can claim it's proprietary and keep the source code secret. Tipton wrote the code as

It is funny that you mention that. After you answer the Florida Lottery survey question on the RNG vs balls, they ask you why you are less likely to play the game. I specifically mentioned Eddie Tipton and that I would not play any game that is based on a RNG (except for maybe slots because you have no choice).

Iowa works the same way, which is how they caught Eddie Tipton. He tried to claim anonymously through a trust, but abandoned the claim when the Iowa Lottery insisted on obtaining the actual names in the trust. That s when they got suspicious and investigated.

Backtracking to an earlier discussion. If the lottery pre-draws the numbers to ensure randomness, how was Tipton able to pre-program the winning numbers to come up on a certain date? Wouldn't the same set of numbers come up on each pre-draw for that date?

On these crap numbers? LOL! Only Eddie Tipton could do that. Something stinks in Denmark and this ain't Denmark. My only question is... Why don't they televise the RNG drawings? Its only a 5 minute process? Be nice to watch that instead of another tampon or drug commercial during the late night news.

Every time someone in the Madison area wins supercash, I can't help but to think of Tipton. I'd like to know who decides which set of numbers to use after the pre-draws (and why). I'd feel much better if they did away with the pre-draws and just used the first set of numbers that come up.

I could be wrong, but I think the difference is that the Hot Lotto draws were rigged intentionally by Tipton. The TN Pick 3/Pick 4 was accidental, not trying to cheat.
