Illinois offers subscription tickets. I get the e-mails every night for the Little Lotto results, have been getting them for three years. In those three years I think I've seen two subscription ticket winners. If you search anonymous here on the board there's been several threads about it. I'm sorry I can't remember which memeber posted this, but there was one about someone winning a jackpot and having to go to court to reamin anonymous, and thus becoming famous for winning their case

There have been several anonymous winners. Even the name of trusts if you look up the winners of lotto. Of course it's been a while since someone has claimed anonymously since lotto prizes (exept the $11M prize) have been so small lately why bother with anonymous claims. They still list the name of the trust and city. Other than that they just say the winner wishes to be anonymous. I remember a $16M pot was claimed that way.

Forming a trust to claim prize
I know that in states like Ohio and New Hampshire, you can form a trust to claim a prize, because it was actually done in those states. But can you do it anywhere? So if the jackpot was won in Nebraska or South Dakota or Pennsylvania, could you still form a trust and remain anonymous? Actually, the lawyer was present with the winner at the state lottery office, so the lawyer probably claimed the prize on her behalf with her present. You can have the lawyer claim the prize. In 2003, the Powerball website listed Cello Investments, LLC as one of the winners of the February 22, 2003 drawing. But there were no details of how the prize was claimed. Who knows?
