It seems to me no matter what the lottery does to get drawings out people are going to complain that they are cheating us. Yup. If we can't win, they must be cheating!

and if you notice that there is no all odd numbers or all even numbers come out in 3 or 4 months you can always sue the state because you then will know that they are cheating with game...You could argue that they will only be eliminating all odd or all even numbers from their pre-test games....And since all odds or all even numbers play once a month commonly and normally on RNG's once a month, and more than that on ball drawings... This way you will know your state cartel is cheating like us

I assume if lotteries were cheating, they would be trying to pick combinations not played, how would you reverse engineer that? If they were using a program that picked combinations using an algorithm that was predictable, then that would be stupid not cheating and quite a few players might take advantage. Although when Tennessee used a program for their pick3 game that didn't pick doubles or triples, players complained rather take advantage of the 1:720 odds over the 1:1000 odds.

I doubt if anyone other than an insider could ever prove the lotteries were cheating the public and in that case they would be part of the problem.

There sure seems to be a lot of these people arrested for stealing tickets and cheating or trying to cheat lottery winners. My state has over 10,000 lottery retailers and I'll bet they all have at least 3 clerks running their lottery sales so even though 100 clerks stealing or cheating seems like al ot, it's a very small percentage.
