An internal investigation into a national jackpot-fixing scandal has concluded that a single former lottery employee was responsible for any drawings that were manipulated, but it failed to uncover proof of his guilt. The report for the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) found that the group's former security director, Eddie Tipton, worked independently to commit any fraud without help from current or former employees. But investigators also said they failed to determine how he pulled it

C,mon, use your head. If these people amassed the amount of time and effort to catch Tipton, what in the world would make you think the Lottery is rigged everywhere. The focus on this would be to downsize computer drawings. Ask yourself this Question, what would you rather have , Ball drawings or Computerized drawings? It's that simple.

i figured sooner or later there would be a story involving hacking computerized drawings. I have never been a fan of them and glad that Texas is a 100% ball machine drawings state.
