I would say they started playing dirty about 2 years ago or so and I was pointing out how MSL was dropping the midday's due numbers/pairs/sums/etc and drop those for the evening draw and vice versa for the due evening numbers/pairs/sums/etc and drop that for midday. If you are trying to prove their drawings are not random, you need way more than 16 drawings for a statistical proof. You also need to know the number of tickets sold for each drawing. I don't see that in what looks to me to be mostly indecipherable gibberish. Anyone can calculate 0.3^16. It has no value.
