Outrage! Oklahoma holds digit 3 out for 20 days
Its not unusual for skip count to reach 20+. This is the current skip count for pick 3 games. Any digit has 271 straight combinations which has an expected skip count of 2.69 draws. I personally think its better to play some event that is transitioning from say 2x to 3x skip count versus playing outliers. But does it really matter its all random and you are only tracking 1 event.

same exact pick 3 numbers played in the exact same order, for eve and night what are the odds?
The probability of 858 repeating in evening, given that it occurred it in the morning is 1/1000, as db101 reported. This is what we call a conditional probability, P(B|A). Event A is 858 occurred in the morning, and B is 858 occurred in the evening. The | means given that . Clearly P(B) = P(B|A) in this case, meaning they are independent. What about the joint probability of ANY winning numbers from the morning repeating in the evening? That's also 1/1000, but how we get there is slightly dif

Probability of Winning the Powerball Jackpot
Isn't probability defined as Probability is the likelihood that something will happen. Probability is calculated by dividing the number of ways the event can occur by the total number of outcomes . ? And how many ways can the event (just one drawn combination) occur? I'm pretty sure 100 unique PB will get 100 chances to match the one combo they draw. But hey, apparently mileage may vary.

how to deal with statistical universe to win the lotteries?
How do we measure chance? Divide the number of events by the number of possible outcomes . After determining the probability event and its corresponding outcomes, divide the total number of ways the event can occur by the total number of possible outcomes. https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/career-development/how-to-calculate-probability

How many repeat combinations in Cash 5
It was stated earlier that out of 8100 drawings (or thereabouts) of CT Cash 5 there were 93 instances of a set of numbers being drawn twice and 3 instances of a set of numbers being drawn 3 times. I ran my own random simulation of 1000 repetitions of 8100 drawings of the CT Cash 5 Game (5/35) in order to compare with the actual results reported. The event of 93 instances of sets of numbers being drawn exactly twice was at the 27.5 percentile of the 1000 simulations, so somewhat below average

Includes video report James Wood shot up out of his seat Friday the second his name was called. He had the feeling all week that this would be his day. He turned and gave a tearful hug to his brother-in-law, Jeffrey Brook, who accompanied him to Friday's event, which you can see in the video above. The part Wood, 56, was most excited for
