Most people don't buy Powerplay because there's a 96% chance you'll waste the extra dollar. That extra dollar is a 50% increase, which is a lot of money when one buys a lot of tickets. I put $200 into this game and got 100 entries. I don't care about a gimmick that has a 50% house edge. Buying it would reduce my entries down to 66 to win $800 million.
