I think its the money. And then the astromical odds to win. These games originally where a dollar. The a dollar and a dream . Then they added a bonus for a dollar. Then raised the prices to two dollars a game. Now the one game is five bucks and you can not opt out of a bonus. For some five bucks is alot. I mean if you win. It would be absolutely fantastic. Headache somewhat gone so reread the article. Totally missed the million dollars/life sentence. My understanding is the LFL from CT is RNG, while C4L from NJ is still mechanical ball drawings, correct? With the $5 Mega Millions ticket with fast increasing jackpots (allegedly) and this one fixed @ a million and terrible odds don't foresee this as a feasible lottery.

Very good points. Didn't 'they' say the jackpots would grow faster? They don't. Also you mentioned they should reduce the tax rate, that's on the IRS not the lottery. As far as I could tell a couple of years ago there is no lottery lobbyist group to help on that.
