Still say it is tampered lottery system!
The Ga.lottery is not appreciating the citizens that play their rigged games! For instance, they have began to be hungry for money by starting this new pop game where u pick 1 digit for a small win.Baa Hum Bug,ga.lottery!! Change those dreadful ping pong balls that's played because they are old and used over and over! The people who controls the administering of the balls can easily fix them for their family or friends to win and then they split the money!!What people won't try for easy money?I sti

Lottery Ethics
I don't think it matters, because regardless of whether it's AI or numbered balls or anything else, if the people in charge decide to rig it, then they will rig it. When I used to play the state draw games picked by AI here in Michigan, I did so under the assumption that it was rigged to only let a jackpot hit once a certain threshold in profits had been reached. I basically just thought to myself.. Okay, so if that were true, would I still want to play? And for several years my answer was yeah

The man who cracked the lottery
Crime story: A recounting of the biggest lottery scandal in history The file landed on Rob Sand's desk with something less than a thud. Despite holding the contents of an investigation still open after more than two years, the file was barely half an inch thick. Happy birthday, his boss said. It was not Rob Sand's birthday. His boss, an Iowa deputy attorney general named Thomas H. Miller, was retiring in July 2014 after nearly three decades of prosecuting everything from murder to fraud. H

Lottery rigging mastermind sentenced to 25 years in prison
A former lottery security chief was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Tuesday for rigging the computerized lottery drawings in several states so he could collect the jackpots. Eddie Tipton, former security director of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), received the maximum sentence from an Iowa judge, who mentioned Tipton's greed in his sentencing. I certainly regret my actions, Tipton told the court. It's difficult even saying that with all the people that I know behind me that

Kansas files lawsuit against accused lottery rigger
A lawsuit by the state of Kansas accuses the man at the center of a multi-state lottery number-fixing scam of working with two others to redeem two rigged lottery tickets for $44,000. Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced Tuesday he filed the Shawnee County lawsuit against Eddie Tipton and two others who Schmidt says turned in the tickets to the Kansas Lottery. Schmidt alleges Tipton used software manipulation to rig the tickets. Tipton, 54, of Flatonia, Texas, once worked as the

what you think is lotto rigged or it just luck
I've been buying MM and PB for years and started to buy C4L too. I bought every day for these games atleast $10 each time normally is like $10-40 each time. But WHY all I see are those old ppl hit the jackpot? all winner stories were some old ppl with a big check. Some ppl say its because old ppl have lots of time to play lotto. Thats why they get to win. Dman, I do the same but why I don't get to win? I do had one time that I came so close to hit 1M with MM. But Still I do believe that the lott

Luckiest States
Also people are only focusing on CA and Florida not the fact that TN won TWICE now under the new matrix and have a much less population of about 6,600,299. CA has 39,144,818 and FL has 18,804,623. Also it is really easy to focus on the winner after the fact as hindsight is 20/20. But don't forget that for that one winner in CA there was also A LOT more losers. The WHOLE state didn't win one family did. I am sure when RI or VT wins someone will say they saw this thread and made them win to keep i

$228.5M Powerball lottery ticket sold in California
No conspiracy at all. The lottery is not rigged for CA to win. The odds are the same for every state that plays. I just hate the conspiracy theories that go around saying the lottery is rigged. I wouldn't play something that is knowingly rigged. Trust me - if I could play the lottery (stupid Alabama), I would. The chances are too darn low to win. Maybe it's just because CA and NY (and to an extent, FL and NJ) have it better off financially than most other states like CO, MI, ME, etc.
