IIRC, a Lottery Post Member said that he knew he had a Winning Ticket and gave it to a Lottery Clerk to scan. She said it was not a Winner. He was JUST about to cuss her out but then she gave him his exact Winning Ticket back and some kind of receipt and he realized this was NOT her fault at all. For some reason the machine had been malfunctioning...

This statement I agree with. Am I wrong, Isn't the central computer the one that creates the RNG winning numbers after all the ticket terminals are closed? Well I decided to play a $5 ticket QP Oregon Megabucks for tonight's $4.5 million jackpot so I went to 7-11 store today and had Amethyst print up my ticket on the new lotto machine and the ticket looks different from past tickets. The numbers are spread out more and the ticket is longer you have to fold it twice to get it to fit in your wallet. I am hoping for at least a four number hit for around $40 back tonight but you never know with Oregon Megabucks drawings what numbers will come with the

Nice streak. I will always buy a ticket after winner as I have seen this a bunch in PA(4 or 5 in a row). The other day from ticket 010-014 on a $30 went $50-$30-$100-$30-$500 for 5 in a row. I stood there watching the guy print the ticket. He did not give me a different ticket than the one that came out of the machine. And remember, I did give him my playslip. The odds would be incredible that a quick pick or someone else's mistake was a different number ending in a 9. I picked 69, the number I wound up with instead was 19.

Well I went to circle k store today at 5:55 p.m. to get a $1 QP Oregon megabucks ticket with kicker on it for $2 for 5 draws for $10 and it was a mistake ticket someone did not want it was laying their by the lotto machine until Michael sold it to me. So good luck to me on this ticket for 5 draws and my multi-draw $1 QP ticket and my $5 QP ticket from yesterday.-weshar75

Friday's lotto Max
Well, i am playing tonight's Lotto Max lottery, it is a 7 number combination. And quite frustrating to play. But i will give it another try. i can either, buy an insta pick, where the lotto machine, at the store , pick's the numbers, or i can choose, my own numbers. it cost's $5.00 to buy a ticket, but if i buy the twist and tag it, is an extra $2.00 toward's the ticket!

This happened to me like 11 or 12 years ago. An LC scanned my ticket and then claimed there was a problem with his Lottery Terminal Machine and so I went to the nearest LC who said he couldn't cash an already scanned ticket. I went back to the first LC and told them the other LC wouldn't cash am already scanned ticket and told him to pay me as I didn't want to be stuck with a winning ticket that couldn't be cashed. Who would? Miraculously, his LTM worked and he paid me.
