A call to boycott Mega Millions loto game.Reply
I rarely play Powerball or Mega Millions, because of the odds and the price increase. A boycott wouldn't work because the ticket sales alone would keep the lotteries profitable. Honestly, people will continue to play anyway, because of the larger jackpots.

Oh Well, Congrats Adam!!! I am kinda shocked there are not 100 posts about your incredible win. What happened to the forum? Did most of the regulars quit or move on from scratch-offs and posting pics and stories about wins and losses? I used to love reading all the posts when it seemed like everyone was chasing jackpots last year and since i rarely get to see a $1,000,000 winner i thought it was incredible and would really fire up the forum.

With technical diffculties in numerous states and little to no advertising for the bigger jackpots, will Mega Millions be able to function for new odds and number changes, or will it forever be a PR nightmare and a failure?

You right G, everytime they change it, it DOES make it more difficult to win. I can understand if there has been a glut of recent winner's, where the jackpots refuse to climb over $100 mil. But to just decide to change it simply because...that all wrong. Where is the survey, how about transparency - how about We throwing this out there, to the playing public to see how you folks feel, about the changes we hope to implement? Do we have your support? What say ye?

Anyone else think after this Powerball jackpot is won. The next one will continuously roll over to exceed $500 million plus. Because everyone knows the jackpots are HUGE during the holidays. I even think Mega Millions will be huge as well. I'll be playing both.

Awesome job oldghost! I've been picking up tickets here and there but I can't seem to win anything decent. Maybe you will hit one of the big jackpots soon. If nothing else, it's nice to have a good payday once in a while.

I don't play the $7,000,000 Cash Blow Out often. But, I do recall two 1st prizes being won. The same goes for $10,000 Week For Life. However, this game is like Win for Life or Set For Life and they also reload with more jackpots. All my research is from a total of 4 local stores within a 25 mile radius. I have won $100 on a #33 ticket as well.
