Request = algorithm pattern simulator for lotteries
Which game? The algorithm would probable have to be unique for each game depending on combination and pool sizes. I've found even similar games hardly ever work exactly the same, each is unique.

P3> every draw has corresponding Base String
I will say this, each draw is unique, each cycle starts afresh with 10 digits. Knowing or figuring the STATE of the POOL, ie the digit arrangement for next cycle is the key. I will sum up by saying previous draws has no bearing on next draws.

high low, sums, odd even: useful system?

Pool Lottery
You are obviously not aware of all online pools. I participate in an online pool and they employ, what I consider, a very good strategy.

Pool Lottery
So you are saying there is no pool in the world that is using a good strategy. Only you are using a good strategy? Somewhat arrogant, I would say.
