My Theory of state lottery control of winners in a drawing is this: In COLORADO, for example we have Lotto and Lotto+. Mega-Millions draw history hasn't reset it game history. The Texas Lottery site goes back to 2003. The last update in the matrix was October 31, 2017 which is 478 draws as of 5/27/2022.
