Considering the ticket sales on $50 million jackpots, it's not a big jackpot . And under your rule proposal to split the jackpot 100 ways, a $500 million jackpot would give each player just $5 million and not even close to what most players call a big jackpot.

Ego is why someone who won multiple jackpots would post that they have perfected a system. Winning the money would be a wonderful thing, but there are some things that money alone can't satisfy and being able to prove that all of their crazy theories that they have slaved over and promoted actually worked would be a reward too tempting for many people to resist.

With respect. Good presentation, however, you offer nothing new. Lottery gamblers have been using what you suggest for 50+ years, yet the jackpots keep rolling along. Most jackpots won with a single quick pick, rather some magical mathematical formulae. Pity folks seem unable to try something new and different.
