I have my parameters that I use but mostly intuition. My system is a reflection of my logical mind desperately trying to catch up with my intuitive mind and it is struggling. I scratch my own head in awe on some of the predictions I've made. If feels like I found a master key to a door that leads to straight hits but to use less combos in order to make more profit, walking through that door requires big data that I need and currently gathering in a brain melting information overload kind of way.

I can only eliminate 3 or 4 numbers in each spot using this method; hence, I get 7x7x7 = 343 numbers. This works everytime The question was based on an assumption the system could eliminate three digits in each digit position and produce the winning combo every drawing. but the obvious issue is that there are too many combinations to play and I do not like to filter as its seems to elimate winning numbers many times. 49 was also pair on 8/19/2013. Sometimes the combinations that include 9 will hit 30 days later. Within +3/-3 days. 479 was the number 8/19/2013 : pairs are 47 49 79. Based on this method, if you see the same pair a week before 47 49 79 then you should play that pair. Last week we had 91. Not a match. If I can get the right reading out of my databases I think this method will work for the Pick 4. There would be no need to Box them. Since the 1st pair projection is strictly for the 1st pair and the 2nd pair projection the 2nd, I wouldn't be flipping them so there would be no need to box. The little old lady I met twice but haven't seen her since she gave me these #s. The first time I met her I told her that I post #s to give to people. The 2nd time she handed me this list. The #s kept hitting. She gave 3333 on her list which hit last night. I do not know this lady but she was very friendly. Many of us do meet people when we go play our #s but I was surprised when she gave me these #s and I thanked her. These #s kept showing. Bless this lady who was almost 90 year

I don't think Wisconsin is any different than any other state. Most of what I see here (and I could be wrong) is if you throw enough numbers up something is bound to hit. One method put out about 90 for Texas and some of the numbers hit but how do you make a profit with that many numbers and how to you narrow it down to just the few that hit.
