Yes If it repeats time to play 200.00 wager on the Quad that it makes. I won a 100.00 wager on 1999 in Va. that scared me that I was on time with that number base on the draw that came before it. I propose that you do the coin tossing. Flip coins! Head is zero and tail is one. Write down the binary number and calculate the decimal number to play. Use the windows calculator, switch to program from standard. There is a function in Excel too. Another idea is to use a dice. Write down the numbers and calculate base seven to base ten. You would miss the zero, so you would have to use base 6, substracting 1 from the outcome of the roll. I have the calculation on one of my webpages. B
