The PA raffle logic is based on the number of tickets sold, so if there is a sellout, the odds are correctly stated as 125,000 to 1. I couldn't agree more with that statement if I had to. I just happen to be in the middle of taking a break from playing the games I usually play but it's not because I'm keeping an eye on myself.
