And actually, all the other players did nothing wrong, they matched the drawn numbers to various degrees, and would keep their prizes. The lottery would not be out any more money than they would be with a fair draw, so they are covered. That number, even if rigged, is the same as any other number to the rest of the players. Sure, the players did nothing wrong, and it was great that they won (with rigged numbers) ... but what about the players that would have / should have won had the numbers

You mean its rigged so that the winner is from either NY or Calif ? Who riggs it and how do they do it so that its either from Calif or NY? Who do thet rig it for and how is the person picked that its rigged for? Also how do you figure that its rigged for 1 of those 2 states?

I don't think anyone is trying to crucify you,. If you make a claim that something is rigged, you should offer up the proof. Why do you expect everyone to believe you if you can't offer evidence? It is a pretty big claim to make, saying the game is rigged. I watched the last drawing of Mega Million on USA Mega (here) and don't see what you are seeing. We all would like to know how you can tell it is rigged. I would honestly like to know.
