Paper-jammed lottery ticket turns out to be $22,000 winner for Kansas couple
l love this part...... When the clerk checked the ticket, a claim form came out. Now if only that could implemented for the MM, PB other games. Imagine you asking the clerk to check your winning ticket, and before a crooked clerk could say sorry not a winner the machine spits out a claim form. What a precious moment!

New Jersey lottery ticket wins $315.3 million Powerball jackpot
No disrespect intended weshar75, but what difference does it truly make, IF the winning ticket was self picked or machine picked? l have heard it said that Every lottery ticket out there, has the SAME chance as any other. If that be true, why the interest in whether it was this or that? This is a genuine question, l am not looking to get into a debate. All l want is a clear, precise answer. That's all.

Iowa Lottery promises to work harder to stop cheaters
It just goes to show how important it is to maybe have someone take a picture of you holding your ticket in your hand to prove that you have won and it's your ticket! As far as the E.T. thing of planting a bug on the gaming machine, just bring back the BALL's!.....

Do you have any peculiar lottery habits or superstitions?
If there's someone behind me and isn't gonna buy a ticket, I always let them go ahead of me in hopes that the quick pick machine sees my act of kindness and gives me the winning ticket. If they are gonna buy a ticket, I'm not gonna take the chance of losing my winning ticket.

California 1/3 Billion Dollar Powerball Ticket Lost?
My mom was thinking that an illegal bought the 1/3 billion powerball ticket and they're afraid or don't know how to claim it. Since the TN family and the FL couple claimed their share I was thinking the lucky CA person(s) were taking their sweet time before claiming. But now I'm starting to think that 3rd ticket is lost or saw its doom in a washing machine. However still proud that California participated in the record winning powerball jackpot.

Winning ticket
When you bring your winning ticket to the Lottery Office. How would you react at the moment the officials place your ticket into the validation machine and it is verified? What would you do? Scream? Cry? Kiss your loved ones?

I went to the machine got my two and decided to add $20 more to get a third ticket. Last night I my wins was on ticket 11 and 12. Tonight I got tickets 10, 9, and 8. Tickets 10 and 8 both had another $100. Ticket 8 was a loser.
