I am firm believer of 'certainty in randomness',the outcome of next event is very independent of precceding one, so you can only guess.the cycle repeats again and again. You have to bet your chance on the rate of occurrence and not the digits. if they have nothing to hide, why not reveal the predraw results with the public? that in itself is what makes me most suspicious. I don't know what state you are in.
