What would be your lottery wish for 2017?
Official approval from all other states besides Oregon that butler services are legal from outside U.S. It could eventually lead to a regulated way for players around the world to buy tickets online for PB,MM and other lotteries which also would boost up jackpots/lottery revenues.

What games will you Play in 2017?
I track five games played in Ohio, MegaMillions, Lucky for Life, Power Ball, Classic Lotto and Rolling Cash5. I'm likely to play up to three times a week picking a games from that list depending on their jackpots amounts.

Does the increase in the return on bonds increase the payout on annuity's
oh ok i used to work out my share of the prize by dividing the annuity by 5.2; 2.6 for the total cash amount, but that has changed now. closer to divide by 6 or 3. smaller cash amounts , higher advertised jackpots. got it.

Post your scratch ticket results
I honestly love that PA has a ticket with a 3M symbol. Is this the only way to win the jackpot? Can any PA player confirm? I would expect that such a symbol would greatly reduce the likelihood of jackpots being tossed. A symbol is very hard for players to miss. I think lotteries should implement a similar design across the board to ensure that all top prizes are claimed within a game.

OMG Marcie's Jackpot Games disappeared ?
Here is my conclusion on the Mega Millions and the Powerball with the pyramid. This is what I see if you take the month date and year that way and of course add the numbers any way you want it and which is what I've been doing I can see the numbers come out with the Powerball if you do date month and year and add the same way as different numbers that's what I see I think I figured both big jackpots out

in your opinion what´s the best working system with facts?
Everyone who buys tickets and win less than they spent help build the jackpots. Assuming everyone posting on the prediction board put some thoughts into their picks, do they perform any better than the overall averages posted on official lotteries websites?

in your opinion what´s the best working system with facts?
That is true because 95%of players buy qp because they are too lazy to put the work in on a program so it only goes to say 70% of the winners are that high. How many millions are bought on qp's verses player picks. So if you took a 50/50 spit on qp's and player picks and they had to spend same money on tickets i am sure player picks would out perform by a large margin. Just my opinion but hey we need them qp players to build the jackpots.

Scratcher stories
I can answer these questions for you...
Florida scratch offs are sealed in clear plastic wrap. Inside is a visable ticket with the game number, game name, denomination, and some other info.. It also shows the serial number of the book. for example... Say a game's number is 1234. On the ticket you will see something like... 1234 - 00038273
The 38273 means that is the 38,273rd book printed. Us florida diehards have been able to get enough info from the lottery to narrow down what
