The cap isn't in effect yet for Powerball because the annuity jackpot currently has to be at $339.9 million or above for the cap to be in effect (the record PB annuity jackpot of $314.9 million + $25 million).

Yes. There would more than likely be a winner at the $390 million level, which of course would become the new record, and no cap, no rolldown to 5+0, no nothing! All of this cap-talk could be busted.

Proving a system worksReply
I think the repeat of the same number will throw any system off. Especially if the repeats are often.But the past draws are the key to the hits, regardless of the randomness and you don't need computer software for that, just a good record system to see the patterns as they happen and refer back when it happened before.You will need software to prove that is works but not for it to work.

I looked it up on cnn and the cash value when the big game was at 350 million was 114 or when it hit an estimated 366 (later finalized at 363) the cash prize was 173.1 million. So only a 3.1 million cash difference between what Jack won and the record jackpot as far as the cash prizes are concerned.

Pacattack crap is crap, it can be packaged anyway you want to, it is crap. This guy has got filthy rich off of clever marketing of his systems. I have stated that Primeline 3 and maybe one other of his systems maybe descent, but even with it you are using your own knowledge of looking at trends in the prime lines to pick your numbers . It is not cut and dry. No hypocrisy here, I cleared stated I learned the hard way. I was one of his numerous suckers at one time. People keep taking up for Mr. P

Everyone, if I did win the jackpot, I would talk to my family and go to lottery retailer. It would be my married sister or unmarried sister will likely get their name on the winning ticket because I don't like to see my rent go up and my grants of financial aid disappear. I would be disappointed if I didn't win the jackpot. However, I would be happy to see one ticket win the PB or MM jackpot and shatter the North American record for lotto jackpot [multi-state] of 363 million.

I think it will continue to roll. I guess one ticket hits 5 numbers and the Powerball at 365 million to break the previous North American Lotto Jackpot record of 363 million in 2000.
