Time to complain to the Delaware Lottery
I have made a polite inquiry to the Delaware Lottery about their web pages not getting properly updated. Like the recent problems in South Carolina, this kind of thing affects us all, because I can only show what Delaware decides to release to us all. My inquiry has fallen on deaf ears. They completely ignored a polite reminder that their web page has not been updated, and has repeatedly not been updated until I remind them each time. So they just ignore it now. Really great customer serv

More offshore gambling arrests
Each count carries a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine, three years supervised release and a $100 special assessment. No excuse is too small to lock a man behind bars and confiscate his property in the US. You've all sat quietly by and tacitly consented while others have been jailed and robbed for doing things you didn't happen to do, but which acts also had no victims. Many of you have even applauded. Even though I'm saddened to see another piece of fre

Incredible and spectacular pick 3 tool
I can see some confusion here... Some people have the standard version of my tool, others have the upgraded version . This doesn't make any sense anymore. So here's my big announcement... I have decided to release the upgraded version to anyone visiting this thread. I believe that this will make it much easier for anyone to help other people. So here it is : (please, do read the new and updated instructions at the bottom of this page) http://www.pick3stats.com/trackers/upgradedver

Anonimity and/or Privacy
I was hoping that someone would respond (grin). I think you and I are probably in the minority - people who really WANT to retain their privacy and anonimity. A few months back, I put up a website with the results of extensive research on that topic: http://LuckyYou.atspace.com Here's an example. Kansas lottery law has a specific provision that mandates anonimity for all lottery jackpot winners. It's even an exclusion under Kansas state open-records laws. The ONLY way they can r

Why Western States Win So Often
Although this is a little different, I once posted that Miami has the majority of winners in FL. Coincidentally, when I just got on this morning, I started to list all the recent drawings where a Miami resident had won. In fact, on Jul 4 the Fantasy 5 game had 3 winners and all 3 tickets were purchased in Miami. The June 23 MegaMoney (which was the last time anyone won) was won in..you guessed it..Miami! It's almost a joke with myself - when I look up the press release I make a bet, because my

New Virginia Lottery director appointed
Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine on Wednesday appointed a veteran Richmond city agency chief to head the Virginia Lottery. Sheila Hill-Christian will take over the state agency that grossed sales of $1.3 billion in fiscal 2005 and yielded a record $423 million for state public schools. She succeeds Donna VanCleave, who became the Lottery's interim director in June after Penelope Kyle, the agency director since 1994, was appointed president of Radford University. Hill-Christian take
