Here's another thing - but maybe it's a reason why the midday drawing is here to stay. It cost The Florida Lottery big bucks to make this change. The drawing itself costs them money as there is the added expense of conducting the drawing. They had to change both the app and their website as a result of adding an extra drawing which cost them money. They have a new TV advertisement for the midday drawing, that aint cheap. At about five minutes after one PM this afternoon the first midday drawing of FF5 is going to be held. I'm very curious to see what the jackpot amount will be provided of course, that somebody even wins the jackpot. I have to believe ticket sales over night last night were not very robust. There's no way they could have sold approximately $300,000 worth of tickets after eleven fifteen PM last night.
