I agree what you said CASH Only about PB payments increase each year just like CA SLP. If I won a big jackpot, I would likely take the one time lump sum because Uncle Sam would take money away only once. Draw #9 is currently at 97 million. At this rate, it will be draw #16 that will shatter the North American record of 363+ million. Lets hope one ticket in CA or a non sales tax state wins 363+ [annunity] jackpot on draw 16.

Lotto Texas had a record 32 rolls in a row before someone hit the jackpot with 5+bonus matrix. I think hot lotto and Pen. stupid six are the highest rollovers. In CA SLP, only 13 rolls occurred in last run until someone hit $55 million.

I would think the Feds are checking the income status of any one who wwins over $5K, which is the amount the states start notifyiing the Feds of winnings. I hit for $5K and less than amonth later received notice the IRS was auditing all my taxable records. If you hit a BIG one, you have to know the IRS is going to check you out. No tax record has to be a red flag. Yoou either previously died of starvation or haven't been totally honest some where down the line.

Really no one knows. It's luck of the draw. It might be won on the next draw or it could make a record. Be optimistic when thinking about jackpot games guys. It can very well happen.
