Is it possible to remain anonymous in NJ through a trust or attorney?
KY Floyd...quick comment about your answer of buying a house for investment purposes and letting your parents (or for that matter a sibling or even good friend) live in the house. The IRS web site about Gift Tax says the following Gifts include money and property, including the use of property without expecting to receive something of equal value in return.
Would the investment house fit this criteria? I guess you could set up a program where the person living in the house is a caretaker

Texas Lottery audit finds security flaws
Bulldinky... I don't understand what all the fuss is about... if someone got into their computer how would that help someone to predict future drawings when they are not computerized draws? At most they might know which specific draw machine will be used next but the advantage thus gained would be microscopic, if any.
The audit also addressed concerns raised by former and current lottery employees about the agency's ability to operate after a disaster.
This means what, the survivors of

Police arrest lottery ticket thief
A routine audit of lottery tickets conducted by the Texas Lottery Commission showed that more than $37,000 in scratch-off tickets were missing from a Flower Mound convenience store.
The tickets were missing from a Diamond Shamrock station in the 220 block of Long Prairie Road.
Police later arrested a store employee, Joanna Diaz, on charges of theft.

Lotto Georgia vs Lotto South
Also proves a high matrix multi state lotto game does not work in Kentucky: REPORT OF THE AUDIT OF THE KENTUCKY LOTTERY CORPORATIONhttp://www.kylottery.com/annual_report/2005-2004KYLotteryaudit.pdfIn September 2001, the KLC introduced Lotto South as a replacement game for Lotto Kentucky. The KLCparticipates in this game with the Georgia and Virginia lotteries. The increased population base allows for higher and faster growing jackpots than the KLC could generate on its own. Despite those att

lotto tennessee,georgia,south carolina!
Sorry Boss, but I've got to respectfully disagree with ya on this one! Lotto South has had the opportunity to prove itself, but it doesn't seem to be doing well. Consider the following information: REPORT OF THE AUDIT OF THE KENTUCKY LOTTERY CORPORATIONhttp://www.kylottery.com/annual_report/2005-2004KYLotteryaudit.pdfIn September 2001, the KLC introduced Lotto South as a replacement game for Lotto Kentucky. Indiana Lottery has limit for Pick 3 and Pick 4 Numbers
From the article: Let's say this afternoon 10,000 people went out and bet 1134 because someone kept pitching that number in a newspaper column, and they all won. The total prize payout would be $50 million. That would be a staggering hit for the lottery, enough to break the bank, so to speak. It would amount to one quarter of the profits that the lottery makes in an entire year. This last statement would imply that Hoosier Lottery profits hover in the neighborhood of $200M per year. Nothing coul

Texas Lottery paid for goods it never received
The embattled Texas Lottery Commission is investigating why the agency paid a Nevada company more than $300,000 for goods it hasn't received. The lottery's purchasing department authorized an advanced payment to JB Associates in February 2004 to buy promotional items such as umbrellas, coffee mugs and vinyl wallets, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported in its online edition today.JB, based in Reno, Nev., received at least $332,427, but the lottery said it is still owed about $311,000 in undeli

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
You sound very inexperienced in the concept of reality.Saying that computers are undeniably more random than a real lottery ball drawing destroys any credibility you might have had. Even a Lottery Director in charge of a slew of computerized lottery games would not make such a preposterous claim.I supposed after 10 years that hard rubber lottery balls do get scuffed a little, but that's why they replace them. And any scuffing would appear on all the lottery balls, so the randomly quality of

Wisconsin couple to be investigated for excessive lottery wins
I'm sure they sent in a lot of entries. I wonder if the lottery audit will make public how many. When Massachusetts had a similar 2nd chance drawings from losing scratch tickets, I sent in about 500 (not by mail, boxes in the stores) so I know how if gets to pick up every ticket you find and enter it. I noticed some people won 5 times or more, sometimes more than once the same week, while I won nothing even with all the entries I was sending in. It gave me a theory about these type drawings.
