Maybe this could work: Just trying to help. LP could win Jackpots
You don't seem to understand how PB and MM jackpots are created or how state lotteries function. The cash payment is the amount of the jackpot after the lotteries have taken their cut so it's the players that are financing jackpots not the state lotteries. The reason there aren't generic mega jackpot games is because the players are buying PB and MM tickets.
The lotteries are nothing more than bookies that handle the money and the jackpots are raised after they take out their percentage. Ther

Why you Will Never win Mega or Powerball
I agree with you and I've discussed this on LP before. I realize that the Lottery states that the pre-tests are strictly for security purposes, but I don't approve of them. If they keep changing ballsets and weighing/measuring the balls, then pre-tests should not be necessary to keep the game fair and random. I mean, even if a ball pops up 3 draws in a row, it doesn't mean the results should be discarded. I don't think they are tampering with the balls, but I don't like the idea that someo

Time spent on the study of Pick 3
i've been at the club i guess about 3 yrs.i've been playing pick 3 and 4 for some yrs now.i use to do workouts and they went cold for me,more losers than winners and i play to win not lose.it's a game of chance and i always try to make my winning chances better.
i use a follow up and prediciton books and i keep i watch for patterns.the last 10yrs the patterns have been changing a lot or just not work at all. i win more my way than trying to keep all the records and i don't have the time.

The Pick 3 Benford Matrix
In my recent post https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/148025.htm , I illustrated how Benford's Law can be shown to apply to the skips found within any Pick 3 game. The graphs shown within that post reference each of the listed states game from a historical perspective...meaning that the entire draw history of each state was used to gather the skip data.
However, the entire draw history does not necessarily have to be used in order to observe the Law. You can take any states game, that has

Ball Drawn Keno
Keno is a ball-drawn game in casinos with live keno in most instances. Games are usually drawn every five minutes or so. And most of them have video screens located throughout the casino that repeat the drawn numbers. It's not impossible.
One problem in a game of this sort owned by a government entity may occur with the necessary changing of drawing machines and ball sets.
Another problem can occur with the posting of the numbers - if the person posting the results of the draw makes a mist

Agent provacateurs
I don't know why lottery agents would hang around much on here, as they have their own ways of testing their draw machines and procedures. They are concerned that the games remain fair and entirely based on luck so that everyone has an equal chance no matter how smart they are. The problem is that, under those conditions, the win/loss ratio is $1 won for every $2 spent, less than that if subject to taxes. The only games worth playing are where the prize is enough to change your life and that you

Powerball everyday...
I sure don't want to see a pick6, 1-70 something game, jee! a game like that will be creepy . I prefer a short game with bonus balls than a pick6, 1-70 something game. I feel that if they whim to increase the regular balls, that they lower the bonus balls. Presently the range of the bonus ball makes it a real sucker. What makes a game a real sucker [how much suction it creates] is the range of the bonus ball; how high it is. But my question is, if the powerball played 5 times a week, wouldn't i

Tn tea keno
Jack and Larry,
Interesting discussion re: keeping the same numbers and changing them daily. I would prefer to follow the game and change them daily, but with 70 numbers to handicap that's a pretty tall order. I'm going to try Keno for a week to see how it goes one day at a time. ( My first try yesterday I only had $4 won with $25 predicted so we'll see...a week should give a pretty good indication of how tough those odds are to simply stay close to even). Jack seems to be doing well enou

Three states replacing Lotto South game
Like a tired mule whose best days are behind him, Lotto South is being retired and a fresh workhorse brought in to pick up the production. The three-state lottery game, which began in September 2001, will be replaced next month by a new game that pays winners $1,000 a week for the rest of their lives, Virginia Lottery interim executive director Donna M. VanCleave said Thursday. Virginia's Lotto South partners, Kentucky and Georgia, also will participate in the new Win For Life game.Lotto South

Still no consensus in N.C. lottery talks
Differences over a proposed North Carolina lottery surfaced from the budget negotiations Monday, as time dwindled before an end-of-the-week deadline to approve a spending plan for state government.North Carolina is the only East Coast state without a numbers game, but House and Senate leaders and Gov. Mike Easley all Democrats are trying to create one before the Legislature adjourns for the year. The House passed a lottery game in April by a two-vote margin. But the Senate approved a budget p
