Hoosier Lotto Will Be Won on August 11 ...
@Lottomike: When it comes to the Hoosier Lottery, the public is indeed blissfully dumb or perhaps more accurately blissfully ignorant. But there is another factor...denial! Many people I talk to simply refuse to believe the Lottery...any Lottery could be corrupt. The most common rebuke I hear is that the lottery has security procedures in place and is too closely monitored to be rigged. When you try to point out the plethora of scandals that have plagued the Hoosier Lottery over the years

can someone here post me an example of a fake RNG lottery drawing?
I no longer involve myself in anything having to do with reforming the Hoosier Lottery. It's pointless. So instead I simply refuse to play any Hoosier Lottery games. I still play Powerball in Indiana because I don't think their shennagins reach into Powerball. But anything else (IMHO) is simply a donation to the state's Graft and Corruption Fund. The Hooseir Lottery's official explanation of why they don't broadcast drawings (as given to me by Esther Q. Schneider) is that it costs too m

Mexican Lotteries
Considering the level of corruption in Mexico I'd stay far away from it's lottery. The only foreign lotteries I'd even think of playing would be Euromillions or lotteries in former British commonweath countries like Canada or Australia. Mexico has serious problems and I personally wouldn't even visit it anymore let alone play lotteries there. If the people there figure out you are a lottery winner you might as well paint a large target on your head. I do play the Canadian lotteries like the

N.Y. Comptroller writes scathing letter to lottery board
Have you tried Ca$hola yet? I wish Connecticut would get video lottery, since it's part of MUSL, and for that matter I also wish Connecticut would join Hot Lotto. I could see NY eventually having a statewide VLT jackpot, but given its corruption, it probably would be annuity-only.

PTS tickets
I don't see how without having an address in the UK or Isle of Man plus a debit card tied to a British bank in the UK. At least at the www.national-lottery.co.uk (the official site). I did however get an international bank account and a Visa issued by that non-US bank. But it's not a british bank. Plus any orders I make would have to be in Canada to avoid the third-world corruption of WA state.

Powerball for 25 cents...
Powerball isn't sold in third world countries nor will it be. Far too much political instability and corruption for any lottery to work in 90+% third world countries. If anything multistate games would move to $2 tickets like Canadian games.

GA Fantasy-5 Bonus Ball
Cash, maybe it's corruption in the NY government that the lottery is simply existing as a tentacle of ..... symptomatic of a larger problem that could be handled at the ballot box with a house cleaning. Again you're welcome to move to Georgia!!

Dedicated to ending Lottery Corruption
I'd vote for the person who has taken this fight before congress has anyone on the list done that. All the advocacy in the world isn't going to do a bit of good unless someone gets the government to look into the corruption.

Natural Diasaster Lottery
Even though there is corruption, it's still better to have some families benefit, than none at all. With that kind of jackpot, someone should hire an unbiased, objective, non-partisan group of people to oversee and weed out the cancer. Just imagine helping real people and not some governmental bureau which does well with pork spending......LOL

Anonymous winner in Indiana!
Agreed Jim. The Hoosier Lottery is shameless in thier exploitation of winners. Given all the corruption at the Hoosier Lottery I have to wonder what's going on here. However, I say again that being able to claim your prize anonymously is a right every lottery winner should have. And it will be interesting to see if this starts a trend in Indiana of anonymous winners. Jim
