Arkansas lottery commission fully staffed
Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe on Monday appointed the final three members of the Arkansas Lottery Commission, naming George J. Hammons of Pine Bluff, Dianne Lamberth of Batesville and Ben Pickard of Beebe to the board that will oversee lottery operations. Voters in the November general election approved a constitutional amendment authorizing state-run lottery games to raise money for college scholarships. The amendment left the lottery details to the Legislature. The Arkansas Scholarship Lotter

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Not necessarily. In fact, I would say that for the person who makes the balls, it's in their best interest to make them function as perfectly and randomly as possible; that's the service they're selling. Especially in the cases of large state lotteries, where the number of rules and regulations surrounding them is huge. Now, if we're talking about smaller operations, like casinos, then yes, it's certainly in their interest to cheat (like the video poker machines that were set to never pa

I Sure Stirred Up A Hornet's Nest
How long you play the #s is up to you...I cannot give you a certified date as to when the #s will hit. I can give you on or around the dates in the past in your state along with the cues tips that wildwoman1111 has already discussed in this thread. I went back to March June to show on or around the dates that any of the #s may show in your state. Fairytale Queen you need to get the mathematical operations correct first, then go back in the history for TN look at the dates that something from

Here is a link to a posting within this thread that will show the mathematical operations along with the mirrors for the pick 4. https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/184519/1155608 I would like to suggest taking all eight of the pick 4 #s above input them into the search past results for all states. You will then get a listing of where the #s have appeared. When you see a state that has a repeat pick 4 you can easily add this to your list of money making repeating pick 4 #s. Start writing do

I want to say one more comment, if you jump into this start to chart out or map out 2-3 states using the mathematical operations the mirors it is going to be more than overwhelming. That is why I have made the above statements. Find the repeats first familiarize yourself with how all of this fits into play gradually. Look for any repeats now from November 2008 thus far, the results are going to prove themselves. However going after the repeats right now in this manner will make you more comforta

Take the draw results everyday from your state of OK do the mathematical operations. When you see #s from those sets appearing in your surrounding states circle them start playing them. That is how I see it. Scroll up look at the short form that I have put together, do you see the concentration of hits from one set happening in FL. That is something that you should consider when playing the sets, are they producing on a regular basis. Shawn67, as for me, wildwoman1111 may or may not disagree

DOJ says privatizing state lotteries illegal
I'm not an attorney BUT... The Feds have limited ability to manage the operations of state government (the principle at work here is Federalism). Federal dollars go into welfare programs (as per example at the end of the article) and are disbursed by the States. No federal dollars go into state lotteries and it is unclear to me that they have significant say in this area. Looks to me like opponents of privatization (which has more than enough of its own issues on the meri

Pick-Quickpick Question
I don't know about other states, but this is how it works in Texas. The lottery is conducted by GTECH. They are well paid for their services. All of the lottery terminals in the state are connected via satellite or hard line, to a central computer operations hub located near Austin, Texas. The terminals are NOT random number generators. They are fancy machines that can perform all the actions required to facilitate on-line games and scratch card lottery operations. When a customer
