Wow, I hope someone does win in Canada 6/49 tonight. How come payouts are bigger for lower tier prizes without bonus when it reaches 25 million? How come Canada's lotto must have a cap?

what to look for....in pick 4??

I agree, Todd.However, it sort of keeps Euro Millions, UK, Canada and other lotteries where no annuity's offered out of the running for 'record jackpots'. If they're unwilling to use that method to make the jackpot awards appear larger than the dollars, Yen, whatever, they're giving away, then they'll never stand a ghost of a chance of awarding a 'record' jackpot.But that probably isn't a motivating factor to them, being foreigners. Not really sure what you are looking for, but the Canadian Pick-4 numbers are generic to the US Pick-4. On the prediction boards the ALL State predictions are just as good for the States in the U.S. and Canada. Personally I think Mega Millions has the better approach with no cap and a much higher cash prize. The only way you'll get the whole amount is to play in Canada or Europe where you get the money tax free and in cash. The only thing that the states that participate in PB or MM will care about though is sales and we'll have to wait until MM goes on a roll before anyone can compare who's right.
