Would a pick 6 be viable?Reply
I thought Kicker was tied to one of the other Ohio games--wasn't sure which. Michigan and Virginia had Kicker games at one point as well, but both discontinued long ago. Virginia's, I remember, ended in the late 1990s. When I was first starting to follow the lottery, I wondered why states even had both a 3-ball and a 4-ball numbers game. Why not just a Pick-4 with the option of playing the front 3 or back 3? Or why not a Pick 6 with options for Pick 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6?

I don't see the problem with back to back draws. I see two problems. One is that players would have a maximum of about 22 hours to get out and buy a ticket, assuming they want to wait to find out the results before buying a ticket for the next drawing. It may be closer to half that if lottery sales aren't allowed through the entire night. The other problem is the lottery's side of the same limited purchase period. Looking for Cesar's books? The way I did it was to type Lottery Strategy Books in the search on Amazon. Then in the filters I look for release date or new releases something like that. Select last 30 days and you'll see a few of his books there. Once you find the book you want and want to search for other strategies by Cesar just click on the link that says something like search more books or find similar titles, select Cesar's name, and you should see a list of all his available work.
