Texas - 04/02 thru 04/30/2007
WTG gang!! WTG tntea who has a wonderful reputation. She posted here a 950 and it hit last night. She is from Tennessee and I really appreciate her posting here on the Texas thread and so does my ole friend Duke. A modern day female Davy Crockett when it comes to picking numbers. DUKE: Now Henny. Don't be so down in the mouth. You said it yourself no dog or system has ever won 8 STRAIGHT EVENINGS and I didn't. I might even lose again tonight and tomorrow night. But, when I do find the bone i

advice on a new computer
I've tried just about everything. I had Norton Internet Security for a year, then tried McAfee but uninstalled it. Now using AVG 7 which is a free download. I also run Windows Defender which is also a free download. McAfee is a memory hog. At least that was my experience. Oops. I just noticed you will be running Vista, so I don't know what's recommended. My suggestion is to download the different free programs to see what you want to buy. Windows One Care has a free 90 day trial if you

Computer VS Gravity
Here's the real Gravity of the Computer Generated vs. Ball Drawn. All lottery drawings are an experiment in random selection conducted on a twice weekly or daily basis with multiple experiments conducted each day. Like any experiment, anyone should be able to repeat the experiment for themselves. With Ball Drawn, it's easy, you have some information on what the machine and mechanisms are used to randomize the balls. You may even have some information on the material used to make the balls. Thus,

Calif. Lottery misprint leaves 'winners' with nothing
Every instant ticket, as well as the posted game rules and State law, state that the Lottery will not pay tickets printed in error. To pay those tickets would come right out of profits, which would hurt contributions to education. Unless of course you levied a hefty liquidated damage against the ticket printer - that might provide an incentive for them to do better quality control. Maybe call on them to make good on the tickets... (as GTECH once did when they had an online game problem in the UK

Backlash in Calif. over sale of lottery operator GTECH
After being shown internal investigative documents obtained from the government on the merger, lawmakers and others questioned the buyer's antitrust conviction, lotto terminal shutdowns, lack of audits, absence of vendor and employee background checks and whether the U.S. accounting and legal probes of the deal were adequate. I'm still trying to figure out what this paragraph means. What is anti-trust conviction ? Are they implying that GTECH or Lottomatica was convicted of violating anti-

Why the US is turing into a facist country
You're playing right into their hands. That's what they want you to do. Fight over democrat vs republican. The way they've conned you is either choice, they win.America lost its freedom in 1913 with the adoption of the federal reserve and flat currency we have had ever since. America used to have real money BACKED BY GOLD. Our currency today is backed by nothing but the ability of the us govt. to collect the taxes at almost the point of a gun. The value of our currency is in correllation to what

Is it really possible to keep your win secret?
Since a personal check would not be reported, offer to pay by check and wait for a few days to pick up the car once the car dealer knows your check has cleared. The fewer places that have your social security number, the better. In order to keep people at bay have a seperate checking account that you fund as needed to pay for larger purchases such as houses, cars, etc. Also on the 6A report, as Coin Toss noted, a transaction is reported, not your bank account balance, etc. What you need

Male nurse wins record German lottery jackpot
I agree with you Litebets27. I think this guy is being sensible. All I would want is the security of not having to worry about money. Some people are blessed by winning the lottery, but some people are destroyed by winning the lottery. I would no more make giant changes to my lifestyle than I would start skiing the double diamond most difficult slopes when I started skiing. It is best I think to take a slow conservative approach and to learn the ropes of being wealthy. I'

Fixed Lotteries
Someone said: today's ball drawings have almost as much security going on behind the scenes as they do in a bank vault I totally agree with them on that..It wouldn't surprise me if they kept the machine in a bank vault... Yes games like Powerball that are 150 something million odds don't need to fix what plays...But i do get paranoid...Very few times it has cross my mind whether the games are fixed..But what to hear something crazy?Sometimes i get the feeling that they do the following..
