How big is your pool?
Pool 2 seems rather cumbersome to manage. Handing out pennies to existing members when new members join. The cost of joining is nice though.

*spin-off* Lottery Pool and buying your own tickets/same numbers
Wow - never thought of that twist. I passed your question on to the 2 pools here at work. Never did peoples faces pale so quickly. One group has already put out an addendum to their rules (for future plays) - lol - and one person thought it was a brilliant idea and ran out to get tickets to match the pool. Odd how reactions differ hmm?

You in a Pool that forbids anyone buying tickets " on the side"-However..
Not sure how your office does it but at mine we photocopy the pool tickets and every page has the team name and what individuals are a part of the team. You can't question what the team tickets were since all are provided a copy. If someone wins on their own ticket tuff luck to the group. It wasn't a group ticket and belongs to who bought it. better luck next time to the team.

Have you Contracted Powerball Lottery Fever Yet?
For Entertainment Purposes Only: If you have- when did you feel that it hit you? Personally: l am excited, but l have not contracted the fever yet. That is not to say it cannot hit me without notice. Are you flying solo or are you in a Pool? If you had to take the Pulse of the Pool members, it would be.... ** Have a Great Week People, stay Healthy and let's try and win this thing..

Powerball 2/7/14
It's going to be me and I will tell you why. I purchased tickets for the lottery pool at work and the lady screwed up and added power play which was $80 more than what I should have paid. I could have said I didnt want them but I started thinking. What if the people at the store pooled together and purchased the error tickets while I got what I wanted then their ticket won? Also today is my birthday so that will be a wonderful gift :D

P4 Sum strings
Do not read into it much. Every Sum parameter corresponds to a 'String', repeated digits in a string is reduced to 'Singles' for waging strategy (some play singles, others play doubles). The lead keys is information given to reduced picks if you decide. The strings are generated by summary of 200,300,500 cycles of each member of the pool by concept of Recurrence and is not historical-based. You test it, it may work or not depending on how you understand it.

Powerball heats up with $317 million jackpot
I have one ticket for myself and 3 tickets in my office lottery pool which if won, will be shared amongst 11 people. $14million after taxes still isn't too bad.

Pick 3 Strategy (What number to avoid for the next draw)
If I subset P3 pool to just six members, is a conscious strategy. This is not different from 'numbers not to play', same ideal, just, rephrased differently. Folks track parameters like sums, roots etc using the word DUE for triggers. When you replaced DUE with NEXT, the perception changes.
