if they were fixed you'd never know it you couldn't prove it and you couldn't do anything about it. State lotteries don't need to fix their games. this topic has been hashed to death here on lottery post in the past . today's ball drawings have almost as much security going on behind the scenes as they do in a bank vault. If you are concerned about your states lottery drawing why not pay them a visit and take the tour most states allow you to view the drawing and procedures you can get

A very valid point about gambling and BINGO. I think the reason many churches here were opposed to a lottery was for that very reason, it was competition against BINGO. My parents used to help out with BINGO for the Catholic school my brother attended and they raked in alot of money from it. Thanks for the info on those live webcams fella's. It got me looking and I found that live webcam in Hamburg Germany. There are others in Germany that are also actual Real Casino's under Gov. control security. It gives me a lot more confidence with a live Webcam working ...... but....
