Wow, sorry to hear man! Is that an unusual unlucky streak on the $50 Texas lottery ticket? James - Wow, that's shocking because: 1- Those tickets are hard as hell to scratch. I get annoyed just trying to scratch them. 2- They are ancient. Great post in which I totally agree, there have been instances where people played for the first time and won a nice size jackpot and people play weekly and have not won any big jackpots.

Sounds like the Misfortune ticket is back. The notion of hot and cold rolls couldn't be anymore real. I think this is a testament to that. The bad thing is that future winners of bigger lotteries play when jackpots are smaller and lose on purpose just to mock us. They know they can win at will and choose not to do so until the pot is bigger.

I've switched to MM for now, it's cheaper to play the minimum/lower jackpots for Powerball suck anyway. $40-$50 million would do nothing for me lol
