Is there any system out there that can count or determine how many times a set of Pick 4 numbers appear in a pool of pick 4 numbers

California again? (Powerball)
I'm not sure how much 'bounce' they have, but they do have easily the largest population of any U.S. state. Officially they have around 38 million residents, but that doesn't include the millions of illegal aliens that don't show up on population counts/estimates. Nobody knows exactly how many people in CA play the lottery, but it's safe to say they have the largest pool of players in the country by a healthy margin, so it's not terribly surprising they have a significant number of jackpot winne

N.C. woman plays lottery for first time, wins $100K
I agree! I find it hard to believe when people win, they claim it was their first time playing. In recent years with the lottery jackpots escalating above $400m. Most people will at least spend $1 or do an office pool.

What are the odds of winning the lottery when you are a pro?
Games with the lowest number pool provides the best odds. Luck can not be eliminated though. That's why it's a game of chance not certainty. Even people who play with systems can't change that.

What state will win the powerball jackpot?
I hope it's Texas, and I especially hope it's our little work pool. We have a couple ladies in our group that just got diagnosed with breast cancer, and their med bills are gonna skyrocket. And 2 other people in our store were just diagnosed with cancer. One breast cancer, the other brain cancer. All in the span of a month. We're all wondering what the heck is going on.

California: 9/1 - 9/30/2014
Not to repeat, just to be totally clear on this:
I'm saying that when a double comes up - today, tomorrow, the next day - there's a 90% or so probability it will come from that pool.
If it doesn't hit, I'm saying there's a 99% probability (only because, you should never say 100% anything) it will (a) be the next double, and (b) it will be very quickly afterwards.
That smaller, whittled down pool of numbers below the main one, is my own personal selection, based on current plays and the

Powerball changes??
Yep, they've been planning this for awhile. I mentioned it in a post earlier this year and if I'm not mistaken they are increasing the Powerball bonus ball pool to 43 or 45 (will have to dig up the post). They're also thinking of adding a second-chance element like the new Monopoly game will have.
