I agree 110%. Signing a ticket with a foolish statement like that or with any type of doodles would likely trigger a full investigation by the state lottery. Yes, the 5-star ratings are gone. When I originally created the feature many years ago I was hopeful it would help direct people to especially useful threads. Instead what happened was a competition, where some people tried to boss others into adding a 5-star rating, and others used the ratings as a way to hurt people they didn't like by rating everything 1-star.
